Achamana
- During day time, one should evacuate the bowels or pass urine facing the north and during the night, facing the south. If this is done, longevity will not be affected.
- Intellect is destroyed if one passes urine facing fire, the sun, a cow, a person who performs holy rites, the moon, waterway, and dusk.
- After taking food, sleeping, standing^), passing urine and evacuating the bowels and after traversing the streets one should always perform the Acamam rite and touch with water five limbs (viz. feet, hands, eyes, ears, shoulders).

Some people, after getting mantra upadesa won’t realize that we should bow down to the Guru. The Guru Himself will say, “Prostrate!” There are some people who go away like that right?
So Vishwamitra thought, “Where did these children learn all this? They are doing it so beautifully!” And became very happy.
He said, “You already have auspicious qualities, and have shreyas.”
“Even so, after getting these mantras you will forever be with fame in this world.”
“Everyone in this world will salute you as long as the sun and moon exists.”
